Key Points: Public Health & You

  • Washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is advised.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when you cough or sneeze.
  • Maintain a safe distance from others, at least 6 feet apart, to minimize the risk of transmission.
  • Stay home if you feel unwell, even with mild symptoms, to prevent the spread of illness.

Stay Sudsy, Stay Safe!

It’s no rocket science – washing your hands may just save your life. Remember to use soap and water for at least 20 seconds, because germs can be stubborn little creatures. And keep your hands away from your face! We know your eyebrows are fabulous, but trust us, they’re not worth the risk. If you feel a sneeze or cough coming on, hold your horses. Grab a tissue or do the dab and cover up, but please, not with your hands. Finally, practice your best dance moves to maintain that 6-foot distance from fellow humans. Stay home if you’re feeling under the weather, because pajamas and Netflix are a much better combo than germs and spreading illness. So folks, let’s lather up, keep our distance, and play it cool. Stay sudsy, stay safe!
